Weight Loss For Women – Be Precise and Methodical
Among other factors, weight loss for women takes two important factors for you to accomplish that the right way and for the long term. These two factors or characters are; as a woman you need to be precise and methodical.
Let me explain what I mean by being precise and methodical or acting in consistent and systematic ways. If you are overweight, is it because you are not exercising; your eating habits are as bad as a two-year old child left with a jar of cookies alone?
If you are exercising, then the next question is how often are you exercising? Did you say everyday, and then let me ask you again, how much of the time and the intensity of fitness training are you performing. The above questions will give more precise answers so you can pinpoint and find out what are you doing wrong in terms of too little, too much, or the quality of training is sub par.
Next: Weight Loss for Women and becoming Methodical
Now let’s say you have done your homework and pinpointed your shortcomings to lose body or body fat and you have them in front of you on a list so you don’t forget about them after the weekend’s party with overloading on the wine and cheesecake.
Therefore, you know for example that you have overdone it during the weekends and had too many calories of wine and dessert.
Becoming methodical is the second half of the story and has to be implemented to make your weight loss way more effective. Let me give you an example about becoming methodical.
Example: So after you cleaned up your bad eating habits that you have discovered and are following those losing weight guidelines, but not everyday. You are following one week and then miss three days during the next week and then you ask yourself why is this not working even though I have precisely found out my major point of bad eating habits?
Well, it is because you are not fulfilling the other half of your weight loss problem. You are not consistent and when you are not consistent you will never be able to tell if your plan has worked or not. If your plan needs further improvement give it a tweak here and there and so on.
