Green Tea In Place Of Diet Pills
There is a strong prejudice against taking pills unless they are prescribed by an MD. Perhaps this good, as self-medication can have very bad effects on people. We are all prone to thinking that a brand new performance enhancer will really do everything that a manufacturer says that it will. And many of us even think that more of the same more often will get even better results even faster.
That is probably the context of every incident which finds its way to 60 Minutes or 20/20. But how often on an individual basis does this really occur in your experience? Is it really as much as the reports of the thousands who are hurt from prescription drugs when used as directed or taken by accident due to a pharmacist’s error.
Even if it may not sound like it, the writer is grateful for the advances in medical science. The world is truly a better place for them. But the alternative performance enhancers seem to get unfairly neglected by those who believe only in MD related drugs.
One of the most innocuous substances on the market today is the green tea capsule. Bottles of these can be bought by anyone from the corner drug store. In other words, you do not have to ask your MD’s permission before buying them. Some still may feel the need to do so, however.
When used in conjunction with weight loss, green tea capsules can be the difference between a person sticking with a diet instead of falling off of it. Green tea makes one feel better. It elevates the feelings, making it far easier to refuse the second helping or compulsively eat the entire serving dish of food. The writer thinks that it does this by way of energizing endorphines, but he is hardly an expert in bio-chemistry.
Should one fear dependency on these fifteen cent capsules? Perhaps. One should fear dependency on anything. But does it not make more sense to fear dependency on food to alleviate depression? Given the obesity problem in the country at the present time it seems so.
You must ask your self why you over eat, if you do this. If it is because of depression during the day, you really might be helped by some green tea, probably up to 325mg per day (the recommended dose), in fact.
How to Lose Weight Fast and Healthy
Busy modern day lifestyles have generally made people suffer from excess body weight, obesity and their related problems. These often are caused by wrong and unhealthy diets as well as by forgetting to think about ourselves, our health and about foods and products we are eating. Here the problem appears; we acknowledge that we are overweight, we are prepared to do something but we need something what will do it fast.
Is there really a way to lose weight fast and healthy? Well, yes and no. Now let’s look at three main ways of losing weight:
1) Healthy eating and dieting. Actually these two are not the same but they are related to what we eat. Dieting, especially extreme dieting will help you to lose the pounds pretty fast but it is not healthy at all and it is pretty exhausting. Healthy eating from other hand is almost like a science. You need to know what to eat and when, you need to learn a lot about vitamins and nutrients and you need to learn to cook healthy and tasty but this method is very healthy though.
2) Physical activity and fitness. Without a doubt these methods are healthy enough and can bring you lot of benefits. Anyway, if you want to lose weight fast you will need to sweat a lot. I mean a lot. Also to boost weight loss it is recommended to eat correctly and exercise same time. This is a healthy method and if you have enough time and commitment then go for it.
3) Weight loss and diet pills. Healthy? Not entirely. Fast? Yes, but it depends on which pill you are going for. Diet pills in our days have improved hugely. They are safer, healthier and more effective than before. If you choose safe and effective pill then you can get healthy and fast weight loss almost for sure.
To be completely honest, the healthiest and the best way to lose weight is to do it completely naturally with mixing physical activity and healthy eating. This is the ultimate formula which will help you to succeed almost for 100%. Also herbal and natural weight loss pill can add a significant boost to your weight loss plan allowing you lose weight faster and achieve your target weight much easier

Foods to Lose Fat
Every dieter’s fantasy involves being able to eat whatever you want but still somehow lose weight. We all know it’s not possible, but the mistake too many of us make is thinking we have to restrict our food intake to lose weight or would have to take prescription slimming pills to lose weight. This is not true — the best way to lose weight is to choose the right foods, eat them at the right times, and work with your body to make it into an optimized fat-burning machine. I have three favorites foods that all happen to start with the letter A, and all three will help you lose fat and supercharge your metabolism.
Almonds: I love to recommend eating almonds (and other kinds of nuts too), because they have a TRIPLE health benefit. First, they are packed with fiber, antioxidants, protein, and are a rich source of Vitamin E and other great stuff. Second, almonds contain one of the “good” fats that help to lower your LDL cholesterol. But the best thing about them is that they are portable, easy to eat, and act as an appetite suppressant, lowering your desire for bigger meals and less healthy foods. They can be a little expensive compared to other snacks, but I like to think that they actually save me money because I eat less of something else!
Avocados: These green wonders are a treat on a salad, or in almost any recipe. Avocados are super-high in fiber, with about 12 grams of fiber per fruit, more than twice what you find in a typical apple. They are also high in B Vitamins, which help prevent heart disease, anemia, and are good for your immune system.
Apples: Yes, I did just say that apples don’t have as much fiber as avocados, but have you ever tried to eat an avocado while driving your car? Apples, like almonds, are great to get in the habit of eating because they are so easy to have around… they stay good for awhile, you can keep them in your bag, and they have lots of fiber and other vitamins. The fruit can be quite filling as well, so an apple between meals can really change your routine and make you a more healthy eater.
Here’s an idea… a “triple A” salad, with almonds, avocados, and apple slices.
