3 Dimensional Diet for Weight Loss

This diet is not a bad choice, since being overweight can sometimes be too much for the body to bear. The 3-D diet is divided into three stages:
Step 1:
This is the beginning of the weight loss phase. The duration of this stage is two to three weeks. You should have medical supervision because at this stage it would be a predominant unilateral diet and if you do not take this control can have negative results on your body.

Step 3:
