Next lets talk about some peaceful and not so intense but equally effective exercise group. This includes Yoga and Pilates. They work great on making your body more flexible and in strengthening your core. They also improve your balance and awareness while working on your muscle groups. Especially Yoga, is not just a physical exercise, it is mental as well. Meditation, which is part of yoga, works great with relieving stress and anxiety.
The third one includes weights. Yup, you got that right! Its weight training. This form of workout helps you build muscles and make them stronger. This is mainly to the increasing your physical strength.
Also as a sidenote, I would like to mention that to get the most out of a workout routine, you have to also eat healthy and clean. Eating nutritious food is utmost important, because nutrition is what your body thrives on.
